What are the rights of withdrawal?
It is the option offered to the client to request the return of all the money paid as well as to return the product received, within a term of five business days after the delivery of the product.
The claim must be made within 5 (five) business days following the delivery of the product.
The customer must present the purchase invoice and the product must be new, unopened, unused, with all its original packaging and labels attached to it.
The client must contact WhatsApp +57 3502815617 and request the right of withdrawal from our advisor. The customer must pay the return shipping value of the product.
