One of the main objectives of Clover Night is to provide customer satisfaction in their experience with us, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied when you receive an order for one of our Clover pajamas or another item from the store, you have 15 business days from receipt of the order to change it for another size or another design. When requesting this exchange or return, you must take into account that the product must be in perfect condition or attach images showing that it arrived in poor condition.
To request the exchange or return, you must contact us by telephone (+57 3502815617), the advisor will provide you with all the necessary information to make the exchange of pajamas for women or any other product, which will take between 5 to 10 business days.
It can be requested through WhatsApp by communicating with one of our advisors. Keep in mind that for the return of the products you must make the shipment with the transport company of your choice to the address calle 78 a #101-36 bodega 108.
Once we have the product, we will verify its general condition, which should not show signs of use. Within the following 5 business days we will review the product and start the process of your request. We will contact you when the refund has been processed.
It is important to remember that the return time is made from 5 to 10 days by the same means of payment that the purchase was made.
- When the delivered product does not correspond to the purchased product, does not comply with the characteristics attributed by the information that was provided about it.
- When the delivered product is defective or in poor condition.
- When the payment for the products corresponds to an operation that the client did not request.

Our shipments are free except in cases of exchange or return, these shipping costs of the order are NOT included by Clover Night, for which you will have to bear the shipping costs for the product change.
The company reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline or garments that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
